Near Death Experience Author: Dr. K.S. Kang
This incident was narrated to me by an old
lady who believed that she came back from the world of the dead and is still
living. One day she felt as if she is losing consciousness and falling down the
dark, deep boundless cave. After falling fall for a long time the other end of
the cave came in sight where two dark, muscled, moustachioed men were waiting
for her who held her arms and were taking her to some unknown destination. She
kept moving along with them effortlessly as if in a stupor. During the sojourn
she clearly recollected crowded streets lined with numberless bicycles through
which they passed. At last they reached an illuminated hall with some one
sitting on the throne who was too bright to be visible. A crowd of people were
standing there but strangely everybody was waiting for his turn silently. The
person on the throne was poring over the pages over a red cloth bound ledger.
Suddenly she felt that the two men who had escorted her to this place threw her
back after getting some signal from somebody standing near the throne and just
after a few moments she opened her eyes and found herself lying on the floor
surrounded by her gloomy friends and mourning relatives. As soon as she opened
her eyes and looked enquiringly at her sons and grand children as to what she
was doing on the floor despite having a number of cots in the house. Soon the
atmosphere of the house transformed from that of gloom to joy but still tears
were running out of the eyes of everybody present in the room.
